Just when you think it’s not possible, it is. The awesome folks over at Sims 4 Studio have just released a “Playable Pets” Mod, allowing you to select & play as pets.
Even though Sims 4 has been launched a bit over two years ago, the community is still enjoying playing the life sim and mods keep on coming, bringing everything life has to offer on the table. And after treating us with Adam and Eve’s costumes with the first Sims 4 nude mods a couple of years ago, modders went all the length and decided to bring a bit more steam to the game by launching real sex mods for Sims 4, in order to fully enhance the woohoo experience the game offers to its fans.
From really explicit mods that would make your grandma blush (or fondly remember her youth – depending from case to case), to more romantic versions, the modding scene has a bit for everybody looking to expand the simple Woo Hoo mechanics in the Sims 4. And I am here to share with you the best Sims 4 sex mods, as well as help you quickly download them and install them in order to take full pleasure from them. Ahem!

Pillow Talk After Woohoo
This is a very soft and romantic addition to the game, for all those who want a bit of extra actions available after the act itself has been consumed. The mod offers actions that the sims can perform in the bed, like Pillow Talk, Whisper Secret, Tickle, Kiss, and Snuggle Nuzzle. You can almost feel the love in the air with this mod which is cute and cuddly and perfect to enjoy with your partner – be it in a live session of Sims 4, or only in the virtual world.

Now, if you prefer something a lot steamier and closer to those movies that you watch without the entire world knowing, there’s an option for that as well. The WickedWhims mod is completely not safe for work (nor kids) and can turn the otherwise cute and silly Sims 4 into a game for grown-ups. And I really mean that!
The WickedWhims mod brings complete sexual animations to the table, with multiple positions and options when it comes to performing the woo hoo moments and without paying a single respect to censorship. It also adds the Exhibitionism skill to the list of skills your Sims can lean and once learned this skill opens up a ton of possibilities for your Sims to put it to practice. So if you’re looking for the perviest and at the same time steamies Sims 4 mod of all times, this is what you should be downloading and installing.
Remember, this mod is extremely explicit and definitely not safe for work! The bonus coming from this mod? The sexual animations never stop, so it’s up for you to decide when things end and how everything should play out. So these would be, in my opinion, the best sex mods for Sims 4. You actually have two mods to download, each being the exact opposite of the other: one is more romantic and cute, while the other one is completely hardcore and NSFW. I think I know which one will get more downloads!

Hardcore Sims players may know about the wide variety of nudity mods that have popped up since the 'no mosaic' mod—but in case you're not caught up, there are now mods that let your sims have penises, vaginas, areolas, and even pubic hair. The latter one, in conjunction with body hair, is important—sims still look a bit doll-like when it's just genitalia without hair, though obviously that type of bodyscape might be someone's particular preference.
In any case, you can view many of these mods here, in case you wanted to download them.
Download a little thing called love 2. In next page click regular or free download and wait certain amount of time (usually around 30 seconds) until download button will appead.

What's curious to me about these mods is that they reflect some of the userbase's desire to eroticize the game beyond what the developers include. The Sims isn't sexy enough! Woohooing feels so conservative. I mean, it's not even called sex, even though we all know that's what it is. Beyond that, there's something particularly fascinating about how the modders choose to depict genitals and breasts.
Sims modders, on this website at least, seem to have a preference for smaller, perfectly circular areolas, if not ones that almost blend in with the breast:

This last one is a modder's attempt to make a 'bigger' areola—but, it's still kind of on the small side. There are of course larger and darker areolas, but they seem to be rare:

To what degree do these mods reflect a modder's personal preference? To what degree do they reflect societal expectations of what a perfect breast should look like, or standard conventions of beauty? It's worth noting that some of these areolas are modelled after actual people, like models. It's also worth noting that some mods only change the sims's upper or lower body—meaning some people selectively care about more realistic sim bodies. Having a realistic butt may not be as important as having realistic breasts to some people, it seems!

Obviously, these types of musings aren't limited to breasts. I had the same sort of questions running through my head while looking at the penis models that some modders have come up with, like this one:

But penis mods like these ones seem rarer than ones for breasts or vaginas, for whatever reason. Still, I can't help but wonder: why do the dicks look like this specifically? Is it preference? Beauty standards? Neither? Is it bad that my reaction was 'why are these so small?' (Yes, probably. I'm just being honest with my initial reaction, and if nothing else, it would be cool if there was a wider variety of dicks for people to download). Nevermind the size, though. The dicks look weird because they're so flat, right? Vaginas have the same problem, too—at least they do on this website.

I have seen some more variety floating around, like here, and here, but some of those mods can only be downloaded if you drop some money. So if you want a wider range of breasts, areolas, or pubic hair, you're going to have to pay a premium for it—or make it yourself, I guess.
Will simmers one day have a wider variety of genitals and breasts to choose from, without having to spend a cent? My gut says yes, but it's still interesting to see what the community has come up with thus far. There are bigger picture questions here, too. For example: what are the differences between nudity mods here, and ones in Skyrim? Do they serve the same purpose? Which are more detailed? It's all fascinating to think about.

Now that modders are making bodies more realistic, it's probably just a matter of time before modders start making mods that allow sims to have all sorts of different types of sex, as older Sims mods did. We'll keep you updated on that, too.
